How Dewdrops Dietetics teaches Gentle Nutrition
AtAt Dewdrops Dietetics, nourishment is more than food—it’s relationship, context, and care. I believe food is medicine, and my approach blends evidence‑based nutrition with HAES principles, the Mediterranean eating style, and is informed by therapeutic frameworks such as DBT, EFT, ACT, IFS, and motivational interviewing.
I meet you where you are and honor your lived experience. Together, we create a realistic, individualized path toward healing—whether you’re managing a medical condition, an eating disorder, sports fueling needs, body image distress, or any other complicated relationship with food.
My goal is to support your health, dignity, and body. When your choices align with your values, healing begins. A change of perspective can give you traction in your work of healing growth. That healing helps you integrate challenges and build a meaningful life. You are not defined by your struggles—you can grow beyond them into a stronger version of yourself.
What Dewdrops Dietetics offers
I offer evidence‑based Medical Nutrition Therapy rooted in compassion and guided by nutrition science, DBT, ACT, EFT, and motivational interviewing. I meet you exactly where you are, listen for what matters most to you, and help you find a realistic starting point. A core part of my work is helping you shift perspective—because the way you see your experiences shapes how you feel and how you heal. Together, we build medical wellbeing, resilience, and emotional steadiness as you repair your relationship with food and the body you live in.
