There are many things that have shaped my education and professional work. I will list several here. This is not an exhaustive list and the resources listed may not always apply to everyone. The resources here can influence how you shape your personal nutritional beliefs, fitness routines and stress tolerance. If some of them seem to be odd resources for a nutritional website, I suggest looking past the obvious and look for true principals. I believe that there are some principals that are applicable for multiple areas of practice. Look for ways psychologic principals apply to nutrition science. Look for ways buddhism or christianity or relational principals apply to many areas of practice.
